Return Policy – Pot-tential Grows

We want you to be 100 % happy with everything you buy from us. Here’s exactly how returns work:
- Return Window You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- What Can Be Returned
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the original sealed packaging.
- Nutrients, liquids, powders, growing mediums, and any consumables are non-returnable once the seal is broken (hygiene & safety reasons).
- Grow tents, lights, fans, and carbon filters must be in perfect resalable condition (no marks, scratches, or missing parts).
- How to Return
- Email Support@pot-tentialgrows.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
- We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and a return authorisation number.
- Pack the item securely and include the authorisation number on the parcel.
- Who Pays Return Shipping
- Our mistake (wrong item, damaged, defective on arrival) → We pay 100 % of return shipping and send you a prepaid label.
- Your decision (change of mind, ordered wrong size, etc.) → You cover the return shipping cost.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we process your refund within 7 business days.
- Refund goes back to the original payment method.
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable (unless it was our error).
- Exchanges We do not do direct swaps. Simply place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
