Terms and Conditions – Pot-tential Grows

  1. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Shipping Policy (which forms part of these terms).
  2. Age Requirement You must be 18 years or older to place an order with us.
  3. Prices & Payment
  • All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice. The price at the time you click “Place Order” is the price you pay.
  • Payment must be received in full before dispatch.
  1. Orders
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (out of stock, pricing error, suspected fraud, etc.).
  • If we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund within 3 business days.
  1. Shipping & Delivery Please see our separate Shipping Policy (updated 2 December 2025) for full details on rates, processing times, oversized items, and courier liability. By placing an order you accept those terms.
  2. Returns & Refunds
  • Unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Nutrients, liquids, and consumables are non-returnable once seal is broken for hygiene reasons.
  1. Warranty & Liability
  • We are not the manufacturer. All products carry the original manufacturer’s warranty (if any).
  • To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
  1. Stock & Supplier Direct Shipments Some items ship directly from our suppliers. We are not liable for supplier stock errors or delays beyond our control (full details in Shipping Policy).
  2. Intellectual Property All content on this website is owned by Pot-tential Grows or its suppliers and may not be used without written permission.
  3. Governing Law South African law applies. Any dispute will be handled in the Magistrate’s or High Court of South Africa.
